The living quarters are on the upper floors of the villa, and the ground floor consists of two adjoining storage areas, one with external doors and windows. This could have a variety of uses such as a small gymnasium, an indoor play area or a workshop, for example.

The living quarters are split-level, with living-room, kitchen and cloakroom at entrance level and bedrooms and main bathroom at the upper level. The covered outdoor dining area joins with the veranda, and can be approached from both kitchen and living-room.
